Staff were extremely friendly. My son is gluten intolerant, and they did their best to provide gluten-free options. Just inform the reception if you have any dietary requirements. The lady receptionist was superb. Same, I can say for the Director Manager, Asya. She is truly taking care to provide excellent hospitality services. I had one remark, and it was sorted out immediately. They do take care of their guests, ensuring they truly enjoy their stay. The spa facilities are extra clean, modern, and safe.

Our stay was perfect! The property looked exactly like the pictures. Great location close to the city center. The food was very good and cheaper than we found anywhere else in the city. Vladimir was amazing, he helped us out with tips on where to eat and what to see in the city and was very kind throughout our entire stay.
