The owner was very nice and helpful. There was a really sweet dog Louie who loved to play in the pool together. The beach was really nearby, we liked getting a coffee and or cake at the coffee place there and then sit at the beach. And we could reach all the destinations we wanted to see with the bus.

Nomads Magnetic Island hostel is situated on the beach of Magnetic Island, only 20-minutes by ferry from Townsville. All room types are cleaned daily, with all beds made with fresh clean linen. This is a very beautiful hostel, the location of the bar is almost perfect, facing the beach and the sea, it is very appropriate to drink beer in the evening with the sea breeze, I think this is probably the most beautiful place to stay on the island.
