I liked that the personal answered fast and I could do the check-in without problems, the location is close to the airport and metro. The place was super clean!

This is the first time I have stayed in a shared room at a hostel, so I was a little hesitant before arriving. However, I was incredibly impressed with the hostel, especially as I booked last minute. The rooms and corridors were all exceptionally clean, and there were many bathrooms so you never had to wait to access one, despite a large number of guests. I get cold very easily, but was provided with warm bedding which meant I never required extra, and the other guests and staff were all pleasant. Event though the hostel is located close to Hollywood Boulevard, it is very quiet after about 9:00 pm, which was perfect as I had some very early rises. The hostel is brilliantly located close to major metro lines, which made it very easy to travel around the city. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay! I would not hesitate to return.

Amazing location, could see ocean and beach from the room. On the pier. Staff really nice and friendly. Breakfast options were nice (toast with jam/peanut butter, eggs, pancakes, coffee) In reception they have earplugs and sunscreen left by previous tenants in case you run out of yours.

The assistance personnel are the best. I was missing hangers for the clothes and got them very fast. The location is fairly close to downtown even by bus.
