There was a small issue with the window handle in my private room, which I noticed upon unpacking shortly after my check in. I reported it to the owner straight away and she immediately called for a technician to have it fixed within couple of hours! What a great customer service! This is my 2nd stay at this hostel actually - I was back because of fantastic quality to the price you pay. Everything is super clean, the bed is very comfy, A/C works fab in the room. Lovely breakfast provided (selection of bread, milk, cereals, scrambled eggs etc), free coffee :) The owner and the receptionists are extremely kind and helpful :) For me it's the second time I'm giving it 10/10 :) Thank you so much!!

The Baan Wanchart Hotel is located very close to Khao San Road. It is quiet and very well-managed. The rooms there are quite big. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is of a decent size. The WiFi was also quite good. But the best feature of this place was the people who managed and ran the property. They were very helpful, very accommodating, and always smiling. Any concerns I had, they addressed them immediately. it will be wonderful to stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay there! It’s Extremely clean, the bed is comfy and you feel you have a lot of privacy, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s a lovely tiny terrace overlooking the canal. Great location too!

The location is great, two 7/11 stores next door were very convenient. Walking distance to the temples and the river. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was really nice and the breakfast was good!
