Hostels in Río Hato

The food was superb and the prices were very affordable. Breakfast was a typical Panamanian dish with fruits and we were completely satisfied. Dinner was also top notch. We had the shrimp and it was prepared tastily and fingerlicking good. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area. Even though it's not on the beach, it's just a minute away. If you don't like the beach, the property has a small pool where you can bask in the sun. Mr. Miguel was a great host!

I have been in Acuarela Hostal at the beginning of May and I was the only tourist there! But I didn't feel lonely because Luz, the owner, is an amazing woman and despite not speaking the same language we kept eachother company and I had a really good time with her at the hostel! She also helped me whenever I needed anything, she gave me tips and we also had dinner together (awesome cook!) The location is quite far from the main resorts, and it's great for a peaceful stay in Playa Farallòn! There is a small market near the hostel and that's all you need! Also the beach is across the road, like 50 meters from the hostel! What else?

This place is special. The vibe here is probably the best I've experienced so far in my 5 months of travelling.. it felt like home, and you could tell everyone else felt the same. It rained loads in my 4 days here but honestly there's nothing I'd rather have done than hang out of the hostel. It has ALL the amenities - great kitchen, beautiful communal areas with TV, yoga, garden space. Breakfast is amaaaaaazing, as is the on-site cafe. They offer laundry and there's space to dry your clothes etc. They put things on in the evenings but it stays chill rather than cross over to party hostel which is perfect. The staff are AWESOME. Shout out to Jacob for making everyone feel like the most important person in the hostel - absolute pleasure to meet. But all the staff are so lovely and friendly and helpful! Honestly I couldn't recommend it enough, I could have stayed there for weeks just relaxing in the atmosphere and cute town.

Very good , friendly And clean

Auxi and her family made us feel at home. They are very warm and friendly people. They live in a beautiful little village in the hills. Some lovely young people from the area went for a walk with us. Auxi cooked tasty food for us. We enjoyed the beautiful garden.
