The atmosphere is cozy lovely , the work team are happy and friendly, I was surprised that the sheets were already laid, there is a refrigerator and kitchen, grateful for such equipment, the bathroom has shampoo,bodywash and conditioner, the breakfast and coffee feel great, the overall decoration Very good. It is the most comfortable hostel I have ever stayed in. Overall it is very considerate and there is a hairdryer in the room. The desserts sold in the hotel are quite delicious, which is also surprising!

The staff was incredibly friendly—especially David and the Italian girl (which I can’t unfortunately recall her name right now) at the reception! They were very kind and helped us with any questions we had without hesitation.

It’s very clean, the pods are much better than other hostels’ shared rooms, because you have some intimacy, it’s well positioned (Zandaam center looks marvellous), and the staff is really helpful (special thanks to Hanna, Franz, and Andrei). I will definitely come here again.

Location is great. I had one of the deluxe rooms overlooking the canal. I knew going in that it would be fairly simple since it is still a hostel but I found it charming. Had a beautiful view of the canal and all the essentials were there. The cafe up front is also very nice. It’ll be easy to get in and out of most of the major tourist locations from here.
