The rooms felt premium and were very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The shared bathroom and pantry were well-maintained and they even provide unlimited drinking water via a water filter, which is a great touch. Additional facilities like a fridge, microwave, washing machine and WiFi made the stay even more convenient. The staff were warm, friendly and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Definitely a 5-star stay.

Perfect place for my short visit to Kuala Lumpur and to see the Petronas Towers. I could walk everywhere and have a feeling of the city from there. The space in the cubicles was great, very spacious and comfy! Also, arriving late and having someone there was very helpful. Thank you!

Comfortable beds, cool interior design of the building probably because it's old, everything was clean. They have a water cooler for drinking water and I liked the rooftop spots to hang out. Good location on a street with stores and restaurants, 10 minute walk from metro and also the bus station to get to the airport. Staff was super helpful, and even the volunteer at the front overnight was super great handling some drunk people in the dorm.
