The property was in a great location not too close to the busy city but walking distance everywhere. Supermarket downstairs and plenty of food near by. Owner was great with communication and if we needed anything got back to us in a timely manner.

It was clean, the dormitory was comfortable and quiet with convenient facilities. Included breakfast was tasty and very welcome. The staff were excellent very welcoming and friendly. Made friends with other hostel guest staying there. The location was walking distance from city centre and close to bus routes. Highly recommend this hostel to anyone wishing to stay and explore Penang. Has excellent leaflets that give the location and reviews of loads of places, activities and food in Penang.
