NetherlandsWe were taken care of so well during our stay! The lady working the days we stayed was the sweetest soul, room was clean and comfy, showers were good and the food we ate was amazing! We met some lovely people and Shymkent is great if you want to explore the mountains of Sairam.

Was truly lovely! Beautifully decorated, spacious and cozy. I stayed in a female dorm and my bed was up on a loft. There is AC and the bathrooms are shared between make and female dorms. Everything was perfect almost the standard of a hotel (bathroom, towels, etc) Sparkling clean, huge common space to hangout, speaking English staff really helpful about how to commute , what to see and do in the city.
