Everything! Comfortable beds, great social area (bar/ coffee shop), the hostel common room was a clean and calming space. Friendly staff who spoke fluent English and were really helpful. Clean showers and toilet area. Great location for exploring Kyoto!

Very sweet woman working here and speaking with all the costumers, very friendly ambience, it's an easy place to make friends in the shared tatami space. I really enjoyed my stay, it's close to the station, multiple bus stops and in the city center. The place is very tidy, confortable and nice warm shower with towels and shampoo provided. Everyone is respectful and I could also take an afternoon nap in confortable warm bed. There's a nice clean kitchen you can use and fridge yo put your food. Thank you!

An adorable building nestled in near a supermarket, chemist and convenience stores. The bottom floor is a lovely cafe and the cozy room we stayed in fit in had three comfortable beds. The room was light and warm and extremely clean, with a spacious shower downstairs and an eco-friendly toilet right outside (both also very clean). The two owners are lovely, cheerful people who made us feel very welcome!

the hostel is very clean, the bed was amazingly comfortable. I’ve been traveling for 2 months and it’s the best that I’ve had. the location, the hostel is located in one the sightseeings place, Gion street ( street where you can see if you are lucky some geishas ☺️)

The cafe / common space was calm and cozy. The actual atmosphere is much more promising than the photos transcend. The staff was so sweet and helpful. In the dormitory you have your own little space at it was more a build in bunk bed solution than what I'm use to in Europe.
