The hostel was clean and comfy, and I especially liked the option of having a private bathroom. The staff was nice and always open to helping with your question. One of the best things about the location is that it is a super modern neighborhood, and the train station is so near that you can reach the city center in at least 15 minutes.

The ambience, the friendliness of the staff, going out of way to make us feel comfortable by providing tips for sightseeing, breakfast was good, room was awesome though my roommates were a bit loud, and the most important is the price and the location. Having said that, it so much inspired me that I booked my further trips to Berlin and Prague all at a&o. The best part is the luggage is kept for free.
