Everything was more than great. After 1 day i already felt like home there. Especially the whole team made the stay awesome! Super close to the beach, nice shared kitchen and open spaces to get to know people easily. Came there twice, at the beginning and at the end of the trip, bc I already missed Eso. Would 12/10 recommend and always come back. Eva, Austria

My stay was absolutely amazing! The place is super clean and has everything you need for an epic vacation! You're just two blocks from the ocean and one block from the main street, perfect location. But what really makes this place special are the hosts, Lenin and Chelsea- they'll make you feel like part of the family! Thanks for an unforgettable experience!!

The best hostel I have stayed in. Ever. Apart from the perfect location with regards to the beach and supermarket, the atmosphere of the hostel was magical. I formed some long-lasting connections with people all over the globe - it definitely encouraged a strong sense of creating a travelling family! The design of the kitchen and other communal areas made me want to always be lounging around in the space - very spacious and comforting. Beautiful plants everywhere which made the hostel feel peaceful and secluded. The volunteers and owners were another lovely addition I wasn't expecting - genuinely good people (with good taste in music too). I could've spent several months just in this hostel and this area - I never got bored of the vibe.

You will not regret staying in this hostel, don't hesitate to book! It far exceeded my expectations and this was my favourite place I have stayed on my three month trip. The volunteers and staff were so friendly and good vibes, I stayed in the female dorm and the room was beautifully decorated and spacious. I rented a board and surfed every day, the town felt safe to walk alone and was a perfect size with some lively bars / nights. I love Santa Teresa, it is the best beach town in Costa Rica!

Everything about this spot is amazing. The beach access is impossible to beat, the unique accommodations are fun and funky. The beds are extremely comfortable which is so welcomed after a long day of surfing. The staff are helpful and friendly, checking in was a breeze, and their surf instructors are really friendly and effective. The price for all of this is impossible to beat. We wanted to stay much longer, and we will be back!

What a lovely place. It is even better than what we see on the picture. The swimming pool is perfect to cool off after a beach day or a tour. You've got everything to enjoy your stay at the hostel (kitchen, pool table, pool, close utilities and beach at 3 min walk) and the chilling area is so relaxing and has a good vibe. Simply Pura Vida! The staff is super nice and friendly, and are always at your disposition for questions and for booking shuttles. I really recommend this place as it is the perfect mix between nature, city and pura vida lifestyle Thanks Pura Vida team. I'll definitely be back

If you're looking for a hostel to instantly feel at home, be close to the beach and learn to surf then look no further. The staff make you feel very much at home, the facilities are great and the surfing lessons are the best. I daresay that there are not many surfing schools in the world better to make progress as a (beginner/intermediate) surfer than by the hand of Marcos and Rudy. They are very dedicated to making you better, teach you the required technique and use video analysis to show you where to improve further. Plus, you will make friends easliy in the laid-back vibe and welcome culture of this hostel

One of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was a 10 from the incredibly comfortable beds to the very cool rooms. We stayed in the mobile home and it is very spacious with loads of storage and a nice seating area and toilet. Kitchen was big open air and fairly well equipped. Nice social area. Right on a great beach and walking distance to most cafes. The best staff of any property I’ve ever stayed in. Mica and all the other reception staff sorted out any type of inquiry or problem the fastest I’ve seen.

ICO Living is a tasteful, small Hostel, that creates a very homey and safe atmosphere. The Hostel is cleaned everyday and at the most perfect location in Santa Teresa (very close to the beach and everything you might need). Traveling by myself, my stay at ICO Living was especially impacted by the wonderful people that work there. Being welcomed and included with open arms and care made my stay very memorable and if you plan on going to Santa Teresa, I can wholeheartedly recommend ICO Living. 🧡

The ‘beach house’ is definitely something you wouldn’t typically find in a hostel and has possibly one of the best locations in Santa Teresa. Highly recommended to get assigned a room there as it feels more like an independent ‘airbnb’ and one of my best hostel experiences ever

Marco was very nice and helpful. The beds are amazing (double sized bunk beds) and were very clean. Very chill but still social vibe. Across from Selina North and close to the best surf beach of Santa Teresa. I visited when it was very new so a few things missed but I think these things will soon come! Till now one of the best hostel experiences I’ve had so far!!
