The kitchen was huge with everything necessary to cook, and provided some free food for everyone. Also the vending machines offered the basics at a very good price. The rooms, even though they were for 12 people if I remember correctly, are very well done, with kinds of "booths". It was possible for me to RENT a lock for my locker and the bathrooms were very clean.

A rooftop patio is offered at this non-smoking Vancouver hostel. Free WiFi is provided in public areas. Yaletown-Roundhouse SkyTrain station is just 1 km away.

Very central location, still quiet at night despite the bars and street (I stayed during the week though) All very clean, the bathroom and kitchen were never crowded Had everything I needed!

I booked a single room to pre-study for school and the host gave me a double room with a large table and a chair to study! Shower never gets cold, and even had cookware. Got a lot done in those two days I stayed.
