The location could not be better, whether it's carnaval or 'normal' times it's right in the heart of everything. The hostel.is clean, I stayed in a private room but saw the dorm, which is bright and spacious. Ricardo, the owner, is always around to make things go smooth inside and keep the wrong people outside.

    Very small hostel with a family-like feel! I really liked the location at the daytime - close to a lovely beach, however, once it got dark, I haven't felt safe around as a woman.

    we have been travelling for 2 months and this one def one of the best hostels where we stayed. the place is very well decorated, organised and cozy. we took the private room, all very comfortable, we felt at home. people are nice and friendly and speak English!! (which is not taken for granted here) breakfast was very good!
