Excellent location in an area where tourists have not yet reached. There are many local establishments nearby. You can walk, but it's better to rent a scooter. We were offered two rooms to choose from: one with windows facing the street and the other facing the courtyard. We chose a room with windows facing the street - it's noisier here, but it's bright. The hotel is located on a busy street, so you can hear the cries of "ban mi" and children singing songs at school. The hotel itself is very pleasant, very clean and with wonderful staff. A huge TV and a big bed. All plumbing is new, and there is no mold anywhere.

A car rental service is available at the homestay. Mr. Khanh is a very kind man. He helped me exchange money and buy a SIM card, and he always offers help to make my stay easier. His wife and mother are also very kind and welcoming; I really felt at home with my family. The location is ideal, near the night market, Dragon Bridge, and the beach. The room and bedding are very clean. There is a terrace with flowers and a view of the Dragon Bridge. I recommend it for a real experience with a Vietnamese family.

My flight landed late so I needed to check in past 12am, the staff accommodated me so I could check in. The room was spacious for a solo traveler and was quiet. The beach, shops and restaurants are a 10-15 min Grab ride away.

Thien and his family were beyond delightful and generous, we are so grateful for the kind hospitality they offered us during Tet! The room was spacious and comfortable and we loved the huge window looking out over the city. The home stay is well situated with plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby, including an incredible vegetarian restaurant right across the street. The property features city views and is 3.1 km from Cham Museum and 3.9 km from Indochina Riverside Mall. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. Stayed here 3 nights during my trip to Da Nang. This place is easily reachable by bus. It is located in a silent alley, however, lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The homestay and room itself are very well equipped. Outside footwear is not allowed inside, they have their own footwear which we can use inside. The rooms and bed are comfortable. The air-conditioning worked well. The windows opened to let nice sunlight in. They also had a free washing machine, which was really a plus. I was able to wash my clothes twice during my stay, thus reducing my laundry charges. The bathrooms were good, had hot water throughout and well-stocked. One could easily get grab to local spots from here for as low as 20k VND. There is also a nice coffee place and a bubble-tea shop near this homestay. Would definitely recommend this place for all travelers.

Staff suggested a sunset tour to Hoi An, which we’ll never forget.

The room I stayed in had this nice design and vibe. I especially loved the bath tub. Always great to soak in the tub after busy days as a tourist. The homestay was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The location was perfect for me, between the beach and dragon bridge. The owner is very helpful, arranging a motorbike rental for me for 2 days. The motorbike was delivered to me at a very good price. I absolutely loved Lancelynk Homestay and will be re-book when I visit Danang.
