The rooms are of high standard, immaculately clean thanks to the incredible housekeeping team. They truly go above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to complimentary drinks, fruit, and even cake—both on arrival and after returning from excursions. The warm hospitality was unmatched. A special thanks to Anx and the other gentleman at the reception (apologies for not catching his name), who provided outstanding personal service. The complimentary bicycles and the cycling trips through the scenic surroundings, as well as the guided tour recommended by the staff, were absolute highlights of our stay in Vietnam. The cooking class was also a fantastic experience—fun, interactive, and delicious! This is the perfect place for families, couples, or anyone looking for a serene escape with exceptional service and attention to detail. Would love to returen one say. There is a private entrance at the homestay for the convenience of those who stay. The rooms have a terrace with lake views and free WiFi. Amazing experience. Human (owner) is super nice person, offers dinner with his family and many other activities. We biked together to the floating market and he was our guide (rent private boat for us, we had great breakfast on the boat, visited local noodle factory and many many more amazing places). So this was truly and spectacular experience!!!

Great room, everything you need. Clean towels daily. Great location, nice little neighbourhood. Away from noise of Main Street. Quick walk to walking street and the river. Ha the owner is a special person and really makes your stay, we will lever forget her. Lots of useful info and support with booking onward journey. Opt for the longer floating market tour, its up there with one of our best experiences in Vietnam. Would definitely recommend.

The dining area has a small kitchen that's fully equipped—with an induction cooktop, microwave, dishes, and even essentials like fish sauce, soy sauce, cooking oil, and a full set of spices. Man, the young host, was super thoughtful and paid attention to everything we needed.
