The rooms and linens are very nice and our whole experience was top notch. We came in for the Rose Bowl. The Patrician wasn’t just a nice place to visit for a few days. Our hosts were able to help us navigate around LA to the great sites and gave us special treatment for the Parade and parking for the Rose Bowl. We had a wonderful time mingling with our hosts and the other guest who spent the weekend with us. TJ and Jorie (the owners) were present and engaged in just the right way throughout the stay…

Easy to park on the street, either right in front or across from the house. Didn't seem dangerous though because it's in a residential area. The view of the mountains, when you leave by car, is really cool. Host offers coffee pods (black coffee) and tea bags with machine for hot water. Also, bottled water room temperature. After all, I felt safe.
