You can tell that the owners take care of the place as they keep it in top condition, clean and tidy. Owners/staff really helpful and friendly. For me no downsides at all. If you are lazy you could find it a long way to town or the beach but that shouldnt be a downside for the accomodation. Really recommend this one.

Everything was super clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The room had air conditioning and a lovely view of the temple, which made it feel extra special. The shared bathroom was spotless and only shared between two rooms, so it never felt crowded. The terrace was a fantastic bonus—great air circulation and beautiful views. The amenities were excellent: water, a shared fridge, tea and coffee, and a microwave, all readily available. Free bicycles were also a huge plus, making it easy to explore the area. The owner was always smiling, incredibly responsive to any requests, and provided excellent service. There’s also a washing machine available for just 30 baht, which was very convenient. I would highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay!
