Incredible location, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and the pier in the opposite direction. Right next to a really popular restaurant, Banana Bar, with plenty more just a stone’s throw away. Noise levels will always depend on the neighbours you get (we were lucky and it was super quiet), but you definitely won’t hear anything from the main road! Amenities all supplied, including a microwave and plenty of plates/cutlery. Good temperature and water pressure in the shower, air con was perfect. For an island stay this had absolutely everything we needed. Our host was so, so helpful. My dad cut his finger open and she showed up on her bike to take him to the clinic and then came back to get me. She asked on our first day when the best day and time for cleaning would be, and when we cancelled the cleaning she still brought toilet rolls and clean towels for us and left them outside. It was our first time on the island as we wanted to see if we liked it, and having this place as our base definitely helped us relax in a new environment and is part of the reason we’re looking forward to returning.

This is a very nice apartment! They are big - living room, separate bedroom with air conditioning, open kitchen with cooker, microwave, coffee making devices. Everything is clean and nice to use. But most importantly, the apartment is very cosy, with lots of carved furniture and all sorts of interesting retro stuff. This distinguishes this place from a lot of faceless guesthouses on Samet. Many of the interior items are made by the owner himself, which is great! The owners were nice, helpful with advice and communication with them was easy. One of the best accommodation options on Samet, we recommend!

We wanted a quiet place to unwind after a hectic few months at work. The property and its restaurant surpassed our expectations. We loved the ambience, the location, being able to walk to the beach within ten step from anywhere, and the very friendly and warm staff. Not to mention the variety and deliciousness of the food at the restaurant! It is also only a fifteen minutes' walk another awesome white sand beach further south. Note that it's a super quiet beach where mostly locals and some families come for a quiet vacation. The other beaches up north are where the party's at. We loved it so much here that we ended up extending our stay!

Bungalows set across a small road from the beach on Ko Samed, Minnie Seaview Resort offers cosy rooms with free WiFi access. We loved our stay at the Minnie Seaview resort. Rooms were larger than expected, access from the ferry was easy and everything we needed was at the resort, so we didn't need to stray too far. The view was incredible, and the staff (especially Minnie) made us feel very welcome. An easy trip/ time out from the busy-ness of Bangkok...

Great location: close to the Main Street, 5 minute walk to the beach, friendly staff, received the room clean. Facilities would be given once a day which included 1 toilet paper, towels, trash bag, and coffee. Staff doesn’t go in the room which felt secure. We rented mopeds for a good price from the staff and they were very helpful, really recommend getting them to experience the whole island in a day. The owner of the property was very sweet and available at all times, don’t forget to inform and call her about your arrival so her staff will be waiting for you and not the opposite way around.

The room was very cute, clean and had a top location. You'd be in the middle of everything within a few minutes walk. The staff & owner were responsive, friendly and accommodating. The bed was really comfortable and we got a great sleep. All in all a wonderful stay.
