In the heart of the Brda region, between Dobrovo and Medana, we found this accommodation. By the time we arrive, we’re already going from one amazement to the next—the road takes us through stunning countryside. We reach the given address and park in front of an almost new, very sophisticated building. The room is excellent: clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Right outside our door stands a magnificent olive tree, and the view is simply fantastic. Breakfast is served by Jacob, the owner himself, at a table that makes us feel as though we’ve stepped into a five-star hotel. And as a farewell after breakfast, Jacob even gave us a beautiful flower! Many thanks for everything—we’ll definitely be staying here again next time!

We loved our stay at Pri Marjotu! It was the best sleep of our trip, and the property was absolutely stunning! The family/staff that run the property were also available and beyond helpful with any of our needs. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxed spot with amazing restaurants within a quick 2-20 minute drive.

Don't forget to try their wines. Both red and white. Unfortunately, I couldn't spend much time this time around, but I'll be going back in September when I'll do 2 week Slovenia trip. We absolutely adored the location—nestled among vineyards in Goriška Brda, it felt peaceful and picture-perfect. The atmosphere was intimate and relaxing, with a cozy, homely vibe that made us feel right at ease. And of course, the wine was outstanding—Kabaj’s reputation among the top 100 wineries in the world is well-earned.
