You can see the Domkyrka bell tower from the bedroom window and it’s a short walk to the harbour and windmill (well worth a tour—it’s free and the guides are fantastic). Henrik and Isa have thought of every comfort and are incredibly obliging hosts. The bed is possibly the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Strängnäs itself is adorable. Its location on Mälaren makes for a beautiful outlook, there are cafes, restaurants and boutiques. There are shops, pubs and swimming spots. The train takes you to Stockholm in less than an hour and it’s not too far to Mariefred and Gripsholms Slott. I mean, what’s not to love? Henrik and Isa have good recommendations to suit your needs. You should stay here!

Terletak di Eskilstuna, 24km dari Zoo Parken, Arphus Lodge menawarkan penginapan dengan lounge berkongsi, tempat parking peribadi percuma, teres dan kemudahan barbeku. The location was perfect for our purposes, near a main road. A nice, warm and clean cottage where to spend a night. A private bathroom is in next building. Lovely horse farm surroundings. We stayed there also in our way back :)

Excellent bed. Great breakfast Free parking. Lovely sauna! VERY FRIENDLY STAFF!! Leif made tea for me although I arrived after midnight, much appreciated!! Looking forward to my next stay 😀
