The balcony at Cozy Cabin was the best part of our stay. It offers an elevated view of the surrounding and let us snap some nice pictures of the Northern lights. There is a bit of light pollution but manageable. It was windy one night and being able to hop into the cabin to stay warm quickly is a big plus. Marc was the most gracious host i've met. Thank you.

Great location in being between old town and new town (as of 2025). While it is a bit further from old town walking distance wise it is also conveniently placed near the bus stop and very close to the new center of town. Stig is a wonderful soul, who is always on hand to help and suggest where to go and what to do. During our stay he showed such immense hospitality, taking us to a great lunch buffet place, cooking us fish he caught, and letting us use his sauna among many other things. He’s on hand to help, we had an issue with our keys one night which was fixed really quickly. I guess another important feature is that you have easy access to view the northern lights from just outside of the guesthouse!

This guest house is in the centre of Abisko and next to Abisko National Park. Depending on the season, the midnight sun and the Northern Lights can be viewed from the property and surrounding area. Very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The heating and shower are excellent. The beds are very comfortable. The location is outstanding. In addition to the private apartment we rented, there are shared and private rooms with common areas (kitchen, living room, dining area, bathrooms, showers, etc.). Since our train departed later than our check-out time, they allowed us to use those common areas. They are excellent as well—very comfortable, clean, and the kitchen is extremely well-equipped. There is a lot of respect among guests, ensuring silence for rest and relaxation while enjoying views of the lake. They also offer the option to rent cold-weather gear (clothing, boots, hats, and gloves). They offer many options and activities. The staff is very friendly.
