Nicely located near to the main highway but still very quiet. Secure parking, clean comfortable rooms for family. We didn't use the kitchen/living room area but looked well equipped. Good communication with the host and easy check-in/out. Recommending it to all.

Everything was clean and new, or has been kept polished, there's a store right across the Vila, and generally everything is close, the beds were very comfortable, the AC did a perfect job considering it was really hot outside.

A wonderful villa with a beautiful garden, especially for an off-season holiday. There was no one else in the villa except us). The owner Tanya greeted us warmly, we spoke English. Everything was ready for our arrival. The apartments were perfectly clean! I would like to point out that the heating worked perfectly, it was very warm. Additionally, we were provided with extra blankets, tea/coffee. The apartments have everything: a small refrigerator, TV, stove, microwave, extractor hood, pots, pans, dishes, mugs, forks/spoons. The bathroom is also ok, but take shower gel and shampoo with you on your trip. There is a grill, swings and several relaxation areas for guests on the territory. The place is very quiet, 5 minutes walk to the thermal baths. The nearest store is opposite the thermal baths. The Univerexport supermarket, cafes and pharmacies are 20 minutes away. We've booked this place based on the reviews of others, so we didn't know anything about it in advance. It is located in the very center of Ruma, so if you want to go for a walk everything is close and you can easily do it. The breakfast included with reservation is nice addition and it's tasty and plenty. Staff is very communicative and helpful (we've forgotten something in our room, called the reception, and they checked the room and arranged for pickup with just one call). The room was clean and heating was great (as our visit was during winter). We will definitely return to this place, if we find ourselves in Ruma again!

Owners are amazing. They make you feel like you are visiting that cousin you haven’t seen in a few years. Breakfast was fantastic. After bicycling across 6 countries for a month decided this was our favorite lodging. If ever in area will stay here again!! To many good things to mention them all.
