The property manager was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Despite my late arrival at around 9:30 PM, she graciously waited for me and greeted me with a warm welcome. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to the manager's helpfulness and attentiveness. I highly recommend “Pensiunea Heaven” for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay with exceptional service.

The property is very clean and there is a lot of attention to detail, such as having lanterns lighting the walkways at night. The food and drinks were great and the service was amazing. There are a lot of beautiful places to hike from the property.

Host was very helpful and nice, expected us with homemade cookies and drinks. The garden includes a grill, sunbeds and is perfect for relaxing and also children can play. It’s close to the main road but traffic noise was not audible.
