Palácio do Visconde - The Coffee Experience mempunyai taman, ruang tamu berkongsi, teres dan restoran di Lisbon. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and hospitable. The room was clean and there was daily cleaning in the room. The breakfast and all the food and sweets were exceptional. The ingredients and products were excellent. The coffee was unique.

The host Helen offered such good service and were always super helpful. She went above and beyond.The bedroom was perfect for me. Super clean, had everything I needed and a massive plus for an international power plug adaptor to charge my phone. Very close to the airport and the area is lovely as well. 10/10 for my needs!

Enjoying a privileged location in the historic center of Lisbon, the property is a former palace whose construction dates back to the 16th century. The Staff was amazing, I stayed there for my birthday and they went above and beyond to make it a special day, I couldn't thank enough Diogo Mila and Allan Diogo ! The overall experience was incredible : the decorations, the service, the spa, the wine/ cheese tasting, the breakfast, the comfort of the rooms... It was a memorable stay, I highly recommend.

Bica FLH Suites terletak di pusat bersejarah Lisbon, dalam kawasan kejiranan Bica yang terkenal. Bangunan yang merupakan galeri seni sejak tahun 50-an ini telah diubahsuai pada awal tahun 2017. The staff were the highlight of Bica FLH. In addition to their warm welcome and general helpfulness and charm, they gave outstanding recommendations for dinner spots and even made reservations. They allowed us to leave extra baggage in their storage area while we were on our bike ride. The breakfast was nice and additionally, teas, coffee, and snacks are available 24hrs a day. The rooms were comfortable. Some rooms are louder than others due to street noise (mostly late night people) but earplugs are provided.

Anjo Azul is a renovated 18th century property, featuring a modern décor and a charming façade covered with Portuguese tiles. We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff is amazing, Miguel went over and beyond to accomodate us. He told us what to visit, made routes for us, recommended restaurants and pleasantly surprised us with a lovely message on our last day left in the room. Cleaning was on spot, each day the room was cleaned and arranged as we just checked in. Definetely recommend!

In fact, there were some treats left for everyone to try all day at the restaurant area. Location was very good. But what was exceptional were the staff, from the front desk (Ricardo, Walid, Cristina & Ricardo) to the breakfast service, etc.! It made us feel like it was our home, away from home. We were also surprised about the cleanliness of the place.

Located in Lisbon’s historical Pombaline Downtown, Augusta is an elegant boutique guesthouse which not only offers 12 spacious rooms, but also a rooftop where you can have a nice Portuguese wine, or... Location location location right in the heart of the gorgeous historic district of Lisbon you literally walk out the door and you are on the main promenade busting with cafes and shops that lead you down to the main square by the sea and all points of anywhere you want to go. We took a walking tour on day 1 which I highly recommend as a great way to get orientated and a feel for where you are. We walked everywhere from the hotel day and night. We also easily found the trams which we took to Belem and the train station which we took the train for a day trip to Sintra. We found cute cafes, restaurants (there are several plant based vegan restaurants plus most will cater for vegetarians and vegans alike), shops and just watched Lisbon go by at times. There are many squares of different sizes each with their own unique story and statues. The hotel was very accommodating with information and the rooftop breakfast was an absolute delight. There is a lift however we took the stairs up and down never used the lift as we want to keep fit even when traveling. Every morning we went upstairs from the 4th to 6th floor to the rooftop deck where other travellers were also gathering before heading out for the day. One thing to note is the hotel does not have 24 hour staff however the building is very secure and your card lets you in after the last staff leaves which is around 11pm. After our long days out exploring we were always back while staff still at front desk The rooftop scene is such a surprise for first time visitors, we loved it and the breakfast was thoughtful and catered to individual needs. Indeed, the morning we departed Lisbon for an early train to Lagos, the hotel staff had left a thoughtful takeaway bag of breakfast on our door. We eat a plant based diet and they created delicious breakfasts for us every morning and in the bag we found plant based yogurts, apples and other goodies, such a lovely lovely surprise for a day of travel. A delightful spot to stay.

Beautiful boutique hotel, charming ambience, perfectly located, wonderfully friendly staff. If I was ever visiting Lisbon again, I’d definitely stay here.
