We enjoyed the pool, and we even had a taste of fruits they grow on their property. The family room was spacious for 5 people, beds are very comfortable and bathroom is gorgeous. The continental breakfast was served with homemade jams they make themselves. Lots of personal touches which we loved. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The dogs are welcome and the resident dogs even enjoy joining the daily walk. The insightful wine tasting and the chance to socialise with guests from different countries in the cosy restaurant make the stay even more special. Highly recommended.

The house, the room, the village, the breakfast, hospitality of Carlos and his lovely wife. The room was very big, yet warm. I the village is so quiet, I had a walk before the sunset, there was an incredible light and the church looks stunning in the dark blue light. I had some drinks in the only cafe of the village. The local people I met there were so nice and welcoming and the port wine was very good.
