Perfect stay - the place is very beautiful and authentic. The location is right in the middle of old town, making it super easy to explore beautiful Nizwa. The hotel is very comfortable and has all you need. But most importantly the staff are so welcoming and helpful. I had problem with arriving very late, but Ammar was always in contact and let me in. He and all of the other people were super helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommend.

A brand new and charming hotel in the nice village of Al Hamra. Very nice owner and staff. Good breakfast. The museum in the old village is a must see.

Owner gave us good local recommendations of what to see in and around Al Hamra. Locally-sourced and all natural soaps in the bathrooms were a perfect added touch. Would recommend this as a must stay for any friends who ask for recommendations for Oman!

Misfah is a special place and our stay at the Heritage House a Highlight of our trip to Oman. Ahmed gave us a tour through the „museum“ of the house which was really special and interesting. The rooms were tastefully decorated in line with the history of this magical place. Dinner was great as well. The gardens of Misfah are a magical place and Transport you back in time. A must stop-over in Oman and good overnight place for hiking the balcony walk.

We loved the stay at Achmad‘s stay! It’s a beautiful traditional house with a scenic terrace, where very good breakfast and dinner is served. The owner is very helpful, and makes one feel welcome and appreciated.

Located in the village of Misfat Al- Abriyeen in the state of Al-Hamra, Al Misfah Hospitality Inn is about 200 kilometers away from Muscat. We stayed there for one night which was perfect. Very friendly staff, beautiful rooms in traditional style and nice breakfast and dinner. The vegetarian offer for dinner could be a little more but it was fine anyway. We also went to the museum with the owner which was super interesting! The visitor parking (for Al Misfah) is a 7 minutes walk to the inn. It's also possible to park on the street close to the inn, but the streets are pretty tight.
