First of all I want to appreciate our hospitable host Hossein, he is a welcoming gentleman that we felt we're in our home. The guesthouse is located in a tranquil and peaceful area , however it's in walking distance to attractions such as Fort and Nizwa Souq! Also he suggested us some places to visit in the way back Muscat which was a great suggestion.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Nizwa, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, Adnan, the host, made us feel right at home with his warm hospitality and attention to detail. His knowledge of the area was incredibly helpful, offering us great recommendations for local sights and activities. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with a perfect mix of traditional Omani charm and modern comforts. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploring. Breakfast was a delight, with a variety of local dishes and international options that catered to all tastes. The hotel’s location is also fantastic – it’s close to the historic Nizwa Fort and the local souq, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. Overall, the experience was exceptional, and Adnan’s personalized service truly made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nizwa – it’s a gem in the heart of Oman!

The house is beautiful, the rooftop is the most beautiful one we have seen in Oman. The owner is superfriendly, the breakfast was really good and the location perfect for visiting the mountains, Misfah, Jabreen, Bahla... Really recommended!

From the beautiful house itself and the delicious food (both breakfast and dinner are included in the price, made at home or by local cooks, out of local products, easily one of the best, if not the best, I had in Oman), through small details like the smell of incense all around the guesthouse, elegant design choices, and the high quality soap (available to buy downstairs!), to the host herself and the ambience she creates for this place. I loved her idea to have shared dinners and breakfasts, with her and/or other travelers. It is a wonderful way to exchange stories and experiences while building a small community of Bait Al Aali people. Emina knows a lot about the region, has interesting stories to tell, a big heart for animals and is conscious about sustainable development of tourism. The area is magical and quiet, with a palm plantation just outside, where you can stroll for hours and relax. The room was spacious, with a lot of light, a big, comfortable bed and a private, very clean and modern bathroom. Everything is freshly renovated, the terrace has an incredible view of the area, and Emina makes sure that the place feels like home you want to return to. I’ll definitely be back for a longer stay!

The bathroom was very clean and the shower was lovely and hot. The location was great, near a deserted mud brick village and a date plantation. It was a short walk into town. From the Inn it’s a short drive to Misfah La Abriyyin, which is definitely worth a visit.
