They do not only run the hotel with all their heart but also give you a glimpse into the fascinating culture and history of the oasis Skoura. The house is situated in the middle of a palmeraie. Breakfast and tea are served on the rooftop terrace, from where you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset. If you wish you can book a guided tour through the oasis. We enjoyed our time at the Heritage House very much and even decided to prolongue our stay. Thank you Nadia for everything, it was a great pleasure to meet you. The food was exceptional also possibly some of the best I had in morocco. The staff were amazing, especially Omar. They were very patient with my poor french skills as they did not speak English well. However, it was no problem as everyone was so welcoming and friendly! The garden and property were so beautiful. One of the best places I stayed in morocco and would have stayed longer if i didn't have a schedule. Definitely stay here if you are in Zagora!

Very clean, comfortable, quiet, good breakfasts with homemade breads, and hot water for showers! Highly recommend exploring the palmeria across the street. A magical oasis of date palms and farmland. We also enjoyed the two hour hike following the river up to the gorge and even walked back. Rachid is a kind host and helped us get a taxi to Merzouga at the end of our stay. Staying here was an unexpected highlight during our two months travels across Morocco. Amazing value!
