We’ll always remember his warm energy – thank you so much! Highly recommended to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable place to stay.

Dengan Pantai Tangalle yang boleh disampai dalam 2-minit berjalan kaki, MENAKA HOMESTAY menyediakan penginapan, restoran, taman, lounge berkongsi dan teres. EVERYTHING - Manu and his wife Shishi and the house dogs were the best! we felt at home, Manu went fishing and cooked us fresh crabs, shrimps, fish more than we can eat at a very fair price. he also went fishing in the next morning again and cooked us fresh lobsters in the morning free of charge because he didnt have lobsters the night before. he is just too kind and giving. we played card games all night as a family:) rooms are clean and beds are comfy. also hot shower! dont leave this place without eating the seafood!

Loved the peaceful atmosphere, the privacy and beautiful garden where you could spot plenty of animals in the morning. There is a bedroom with kitchenette and a bathroom. The owner was very kind and attentive.

You feel you are close to nature. Lodge feels new and fresh. Bathroom is nice, a European standard, so not common. But most of all owner and manager give each tourist attention and are open to help. We had a great dinner at the lodge, so it’s worth trying, owner is a man of many talents. Last but not least pool is well maintained and water felt great like silk. Beach is close by, waves were crashing hard but if you swim further it’s calm.

The guesthouse is close by the lake and by foot 10 min to the main road to have some food. The safari as really nice as well, but there is no extra guide if you prefer so. The driver was the guide. We booked the tour through the guesthouse. The room was perfect for a quick stay and the family was really nice and helped with everything. We also just got a juice after our safari from the host.

Our room was exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day's exploration. The host's passion for bird watching was contagious, and his guided tours for crocodile and bat spotting were unforgettable highlights of our stay.

Kethaka Aga might have been the most beautiful hotel we have stayed in during our travels in Sri Lanka. Not only was the room very comfortable, the rest of the house and garden (including garden/pool area) offered some nice places to relax as well. The staff was really nice and catered to all our needs, from doing our laundry till preparing a breakfast package at 4:30 AM to bring to our safari. Highly recommended!

The owners were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The location is right by the lake and the view is fantastic. The place is very well kept with a lot of love and attention to details like beautifully arranged plants. We had dinner and breakfast there, both were absolutely delicious, better than in many restaurants!

Amazing place in a fabulous location. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. We even had a packed breakfast as we had early safaris each day. Cannot praise enough. Make sure you visit the Crocs before you leave!!!
