It was very affordable and even included breakfast .This place is perfect for backpackers and solo travelers ,it was so much fun .The rooms are clean and tidy. After every checkout, the staff clean the room and change the bedsheets. For long stays, housekeeping comes every morning around 8 or 9 A .m .At night, you can relax at the bar. There is even a special happy hour where you can enjoy free drinks like whisky and cocktails, plus karaoke. Sometimes we dance, chill, and meet new friends .I highly recommend this hostel and it’s the best one in Vientiane.

Located in the centre of Nong Khai City and beside the Mekong River, Mut Mee Garden Guest House is only a 5-minute walk from Tha Sadej Indochina Market. Location, with nice garden and excellent view of Mekong river. Very friendly and helpful staff and a relaxed and familiar atmosphere.

Close to the river and the Saturday market. The bedroom was nice and cold with the aircon. The self check in and check out was really convenient. Would stay again!

Our host Nick went out of his way to look after us. We were heading for Laos and he gave us a ride to the border crossing (we gave him a small fee) and let us leave our car at his house until we returned. Also gave us a free breakfast which we weren't expecting. This room is a building within his own property so it is very quiet, secure and private.

Villa Sisavad Guesthouse provides comfortable rooms, a 10-minute drive from Mekong River. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, it also has free Wi-Fi and on-site parking facilities. Greatly appreciate that I was able to check in at 10:00 after traveling from the states - and without hesitation. The location is not super central Vientiane but turned out to be perfect. You’re able to take the VTE airport bus to stop A3 then walk 10-15 min to the accommodation. Few minutes walk to a morning market for fresh fruits & food stalls. There is a very small local night street food market nearby as well as local street stalls along the way. The area is walkable. Room was basic but clean & comfortable. Hot water on demand, aircon worked great, large fridge. Mellow ambiance. Pool is kept in excellent condition & is a great addition! Only stayed one night before heading on to Vang Vieng. Hotel staff was able to easily book onward transportation travel. Will be staying there again prior to Laos departure.
