The hosts go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay — nothing is too much trouble. They also give great tips about what to do on the island. The bungalows have been recently renovated and are beautifully decorated, with everything you might need. If you’re visiting Koh Rong, I can highly recommend this place!

Could use the kyack to explore the mangroves & beach. Bungalow is fully sheltered from the rain and sun. It was off-season, so luckily, one cade was open with good food, only $3.

I liked the peaceful place and the natural wooden house. The place is a bit difficult to find, once found, it's easy to just stay there. The host Johnny is also very helpful with arranging scooters or anything else.

We would like to sincerely thank Johnny; we felt incredibly welcomed throughout our entire stay. He greeted us directly at the pier and helped us with our luggage. He was very accommodating with all our requests, including arranging a boat tour, laundry services, restaurant recommandation and scooter rental. The room was nice and comfy. We highly recommend this place, perfectly located in the area of the best beach of the island.

We absolutely loved our time on koh rong sanloem and at Sam’s guesthouse. She was absolutely amazing and helped us with anything we needed. She gave us loads of information about the island, recommended places which were good to eat and any events that were happening and she was always up for a chat. We wanted to stay an extra night as we loved it and she happily accommodated us at a discounted price which was fab! The room was lovely, and perfect for what we needed for a few nights. The rooms do get quite hot obviously but there is a fan. It’s in such a good location too, a couple minute walk to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants around. If you’re thinking of staying on koh rong sanloem I would highly recommend here! The island does experience some power cuts but they didn’t last long at all and weren’t an inconvenience for us, but it’s not any of the hotel/guesthouses fault so don’t blame them for it.

Big room, big bathroom, extra side room. Hot shower. Bedside shelves with plug sockets. Good lighting, private balcony with a hammock, table & 2 chairs. We booked an extra 2 night's. Would definitely recommend. It's a wooden building with gaps, expect visitors.

The hotel was a short taxi ride from the pier and walking distance to restaurants and the mall. The staff were friendly. The room was modern, comfortable and clean.
