The train station and convenience stores are somewhat near our accommodation. Kazuki-san is very responsive to messages and gave us a guidebook on places he recommended. He also gave us toiletries and other essentials we needed for our stay. The Tokyo Skytree and Skytree Town are also close, and they are great tourist attractions.

Absolutely delightful experience staying here and will try to book the same room again next time! Room was very spacious. The twin room was clearly a standard Japanese studio apartment with a lovely small kitchen and big bathroom and shower room. The room was very comfy and clean. It had all the amenities that we needed for our 2 week stay. I was so grateful they had an iron and ironing board, and they even had 2 umbrellas which was very useful! There was also plenty of storage space in the closet for a few large luggage and plenty of hangers to organize our clothes. The location is also fantastic. Just far away enough from all the noise and traffic of high tourist area, but also extremely convenient in terms of transportation to just about anywhere in Tokyo. Oshiage Station and Tokyo Skytree Station are both only 10 minutes walk away that easily connected us to the rest of Tokyo. Otherwise, there are plenty of convenient bus lines less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel that takes you everywhere else.

Oyado Yaokyu 1st Floor in 4 Story Building - Vacation STAY 6713 is situated in Ome, 39 km from Fuchu Art Museum, 41 km from Sanrio Puroland, and 42 km from Musashino Park. With free private parking, the property is 35 km from Tamarokuto Science Center and 37 km from Mount Takao. The property is non-smoking and is set 38 km from Fuchu Park. Tetsuji and Yoko were amazing hosts! They were the kindest couple! The sleeping rooms were beautiful with tatami mat floors and rice paper screens. We went in the winter, so it was a bit cold, but the room comes with a kotatsu table (low table with a built in heater and blanket) and it was amazingly cozy. The view from the room is also incredible, overlooking a ravine with a rushing river. In the morning the made us a delicious breakfast of rice, soup, salted fish, mountain yam and an assortment of other goodies for only ¥1000! They have cats on premise, fyi if you’re allergic, they were only with us at breakfast (obviously not in our rooms) but they are such sweet kitties! From Tersuji and Yoko, to the cozy vibes, to the attentiveness and care - It was like being taken care of by my own grandparents!

Featuring a shared lounge, the 2-star guest house has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The guest house has family rooms. The location of this place was great. It's in the quieter part of Tokyo and has access to the Ryogoku train station (10 - 15 minute walk) or bus stop literally a stones throw away to get you to Sky tree or close enough to asakusa. There are also a lot of convenience stores and supermarkets close by which ensures that you are always within reach of food and drinks. The host, Tanaka was superb. Very friendly, accommodating, and very helpful in providing the basic informations about the surrounding area of the hostel. The facilities of the place was fantastic. There was a laundry facility that could be used (washer and dryer). The shower for our rooms were great and they had towels and toiletries provided throughout the stay. They have individual beds in the room and a good amount of space (for the room we booked) which made the stay extremely pleasant. I would definitely recommend this Oyado Kien Ryogoku to anyone who is considering staying in Tokyo as I would most certainly be re-booking with them when i do return to Tokyo.

Couldn't have asked for more.
