I assume the apartment manager or staff was very wholesome and we felt at home. He was also very helpful too.

Convenient to Dotonbori area (10-15 mins walk) but not too close to this noisy touristy area. Close to train stations. Lots of small neighborhood restaurants close by.

The accommodation has a hot tub. The guest house features family rooms. Great value! The owner was very welcoming and the location was easy to find and conveniently located next to the train station. It is also very close to Shin Osaka (where you take the Shinkansen) and therefore convenient when you need to hop on the bullet train to get to your next destination. The room has AC and it was very comfortable.

He even helped me get a cab after my stay when it was raining. This is an old style house and will give you a good experience. You will be on a mattress on the floor which is evident from pictures. I thought the house and old suburb was beautiful. It was my first night in Japan, and although it was a decent walk from the station, it was a fantastic place to stay.

Honestly cannot fault our stay in any way. It was one of the most authentic experiences we had during our stay in Japan. As soon as we arrived, our host made us feel unbelievably welcome and at home. The glowing reviews about the dinner were right too; absolutely delicious and unique. Just what we needed before setting off on our hike the next day. Would highly recommend to stay.
