Great experience staying in a quiet and friendly community. It was everything we hoped for and more. We got up at six to ring the bell, and it was really special. After that, Asami's husband told us that we were welcome to join the local residents in their morning exercise, and we did. It was such a nice surprise! We enjoyed the great sense of community here. Later during the temple experience, we learned a lot about the local temple culture. I would highly recommend their guesthouse to anyone interested in having an in-depth understanding of local Japanese communities.

Besides it's not far to go to lake biwa by a little walking and to go to imazu to catch a ferry to chikubu Island.

He picked us up from the station and gave us a tour of the city, as well as bringing us to a supermarket to get some food for dinner and breakfast the next day. He was incredibly sweet and helpful. The house was beautiful and the city was quiet. We could relax completely. We have nothing else to say but thanks, and we will come back!

彦根城から10kmの快適なアメリカ製トレーラーハウスで非日常グランピングは米原市にある宿泊施設で、無料レンタル自転車、無料専用駐車場、庭、テラスを提供しています。米原駅から3.7km、グリーンパーク山東から8.4km、多賀大社から16kmの宿泊施設です。このゲストハウスはサウナとカラオケを提供しています。... 全てが良かったです♪ オーナーさんも気さくに話しかけて下さりとても過ごしやすかったです！1999年製のトレーラーハウスとは思えない程中が凄く綺麗に保たれていてびっくりしました。可愛い猫ちゃんも居てトランポリンもありお家の中にブランコもあり他にも色々なアイテムもあり充実し過ぎて居ました。4歳の娘も楽しそうにずっと遊んでいました。普段人見知りする娘がオーナーさんと沢山お話ししていてびっくりしました。良い人なのが一目で分かったのかなと夫と話していました。絶対にまた行きたいです。

The house is in a beautiful location in Sakamoto about 15 minute train ride to Kyoto and about a 20 minute walk to the train station. My friend and I agreed that Sakamoto was a great place to get out of the hustle and bustle of Kyoto and it was great to see temples and gardens without huge crowds and in a little town with a super interesting history. There is also a 300 year old soba restaurant which is a must do, a cute coffee shop 5 minute walk up the road as well as the longest cable car in Japan located in Sakamoto. Jonni picked us up and dropped us back to the train station, as well as took us to the convenience store if we needed anything. The price we paid was super reasonable especially for the amenities Jonni provided, and he is such a kind and caring host. Would highly recommend his place to anyone.
