She made delicious apple pie for us, and shared her recipe. We liked that the location was close to a playground, a grocery store, and Florence. We bought groceries at the store and were able to refrigerate and microwave items we bought in the hallway just outside our room.

Coffee machine made lovely drinks , small hob for making breakfast . Great shower in the recently refurbished bathroom . The exposed wooden beams in the ceiling . Really a great place to stay with a great host .
