I was pleasant surprised that every day, during our stay the room was cleaned and the towels changed with new ones. I recommend this place for stay in Milano and for sure will come back again.

Loved the location, very convenient access to the trams. Check in process was a bit fiddly but the hosts were easily reachable via Whatsapp and responded very quickly.
