Vicolo Fiore Affittacamere II terletak di Matera, 8-minit berjalan kaki dari Palombaro Lungo dan 700m dari Gereja San Pietro Caveoso. Incredible stay. We imagined it as an apartment but it is actually a bigger accommodation with many rooms. Everything is impeccable, complementary coffee, there is a mini bar (of additional charge, but not more expensive than supermarkets), bathroom is heaven and a bed almost as comfortable as the one we have at home. The place is really quiet, homey and private, not to mention super safe since they have a very good locking system. It is easy to park in the street, forget about being theft scared, the neighborhood is casual and the cars are safe out in the street, for sure. Now, if you are not comfortable with leaving the car in the street, there is a private parking lot very close to the accommodation and it costs 10€ per day. Lastly, the staff is really kind and helpful and the young woman at the reception speaks great English! We saw people commenting on how the breakfast bar is far away, but honestly it is just down the corner and the food is what they usually serve for breakfast, pastry and coffee, which really was enough, in my opinion. If you are still hungry or crave something savory, you can buy yourself some mini pizzas or panini right there in the bar.

Location! We stayed in room Luna thar has a lovely balcony with views over Sassi. Absolutely magical. Good size room for a short stay ( we stayed one night). Comfortable bed, good shower, a little fridge wit complementary water. We had breakfast included and this was arranged in teo Cafe s of your choice a short walk from the accommodation. The landlady Malena was very helpful with recommendations of places to visit. and check in / check out was easy.

We had an absolutely magical time here! It felt like a fairy tale! Beautiful room, and the tub was so nice and relaxing! The hostess was so wonderful, and the breakfast was delicious! We definitely want to come back and stay here again, highly recommended!

The room was lovely and cured in all the details. Super clean with a big shower, bidet and big double/king bed. Luciana was very nice and explained everything for our staying in details. There was a complete breakfast. I'd go back again. Super central in Matera sassi/old town.

Beautiful old house reconstructed with a "great taste" in a quiet part of Matera walking distance from center. Owner was willing to meet all our extra needs.

The apartment was designed in an authentic Matera style, giving us a real sense of place. Communication with the host was excellent, and all instructions were clear and easy to follow. The space was very clean, the coffee was great, and we would absolutely return again. A magical place!

Le Dimore Dell' Idris is situated in the Sassi area of Matera and offers individually furnished rooms with a private entrance and private bathroom with sensory shower. We liked location, standard rooms and many comforts included. It was cost effective!
