This 8-room inn was recently newly built, and my room was very clean and well-appointed. It’s in a good location in Fort Kochi, close to major sights. The couple that runs the inn were exceptionally welcoming and kind to me, and were very responsive over WhatsApp and in person. They helped me arrange an airport pickup, accommodated a late-night check-in, and booked for me at my request tickets to a Kathakali show and backwaters day trip (which was exceptional) and made all the logistics of my stay very easy. This was easily one of the best places I’ve stayed on my month-long trip to India.

Menawarkan pemandangan taman, SylVan Resort di Wayanad mempunyai penginapan, kolam renang luaran, taman,lounge berkongsi, teres dan restoran. Home away from home. We never felt like staying in resort. Kids playing , we sipping tea in sitting area, playing chess, Varma , watching TV, reading newspaper at top view tower. Bed is quite comfortable, bathroom top notch clean . Clean and elegant and spacious. Breakfast is homemade and delicious .

The perfect getaway in the Munroe island backwaters. The family is just amazing and the kayak and canoe trip were incredible. The food was really good as well. We highly recommend to stay with Vijeesh and his family.

After the initial hustle and chaos of India, staying at Mountainview Homestay is a welcome place to unwind. Asfal and his friends are friendly and easy to talk to, and they give great tips on what to see and do in the area. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the atmosphere is wonderfully relaxed. Waking up to a view of the green trees, with a cup of good coffee is pure bliss. It’s incredibly peaceful, with the occasional playful troop of monkeys on the roof to break the silence, peeking curiously at you as they play. In short, the perfect spot to recharge before diving back into colorful, bustling India. P.S. Asfal also helped us with the next leg of our trip. He arranged a taxi driver to take us to the Alleppey, and along the way shared lots about the history of Kerala and India, tea plantations, and Hinduism. We made several stops and got to try local sweets – highly recommended!

The host Sheetal was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for sightseeing, shopping, and even arranging a cab, which made my trip hassle-free. The warm and welcoming atmosphere truly made it feel like a home away from home. The location is another highlight—it’s conveniently close to all the main attractions in Fort Kochi, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay with a touch of local hospitality.

Terletak 19-minit berjalan kaki dari Kuil Mullakkal Rajarajeswari, Bella Boutique Homestay menawarkan taman, lounge berkongsi dan penginapan yang berhawa-dingin dengan patio dan WiFi percuma. Bella Homestay is well appointed, spotlessly clean uand located in a quite residential area, within walking distance of the quay where all the backwater tours start from. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, and part of the charm of Bella is just talking to these people and learning something about how life in Kerala really works. We really enjoyed our stay at Bella, and if we ever visit Alappuzzha again, we would definitely stay here.
