I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at casa de vie homestay. I originally intended to see tumpak sewu waterfall from Milang but due t o mix up of waterfalls I got to see tumpak sewu from probilinggo which was a longer drive. So while in Milang I did some other things that worked out very well due to the helpfull friendly staff including Marsella and Riny. Marsella guided me on a tour of the colourfull village kampung tridi and kampung Warna warni. Riny helped organise a driver so I could see the Batu area where the climate is cooler. I went to the secret zoo, museum with many old cars and strawberry picking. Casa de Vie homesta is like a home away from home. I would love to come back one day

From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. The accommodation was spotless and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The highlight of our stay was the Ijen volcano tour, which was organized perfectly by our host. Everything was planned down to the smallest detail, and we had the most professional guide who ensured we had an amazing experience. It was clear that our group received the best care and attention, making the adventure even more special. Love the rooftop where you could overlook the scenery while you eat. We spent hours on the terrace. Rani was so helpful in answering all our questions and helping us arrange the tours and transport from the airport. Food was really good. Rani and her family were friendly and accommodating. Highly reccommend! Great for weekend getaway. Very family friendly

Terletak 36km dari Mount Lamongan, Brak Homestay mempunyai penginapan dengan WiFi percuma dan tempat parking peribadi percuma. Lovely home stay, comfy beds, very helpful and kind owner. He told us of all the options to visit Mount Bromo (one could book the tour directly via the owner) and we ended up staying at Brak for 2 nights and doing the Mt Bromo trip directly from Probolinggo. We pre-ordered a Gojek (like Grab) at 2 am for 250k, the driver drove us to Cemorolawang, we did the hike and everything, had breakfast in Cemorolawang, then came back to Probolinggo. We can back with the same driver, but one can easily also use the shared minivans, it is easy to get from Cemorolawang to Probolinggo during the day. When we came back, the owner greeted us with tea and we had a good rest. Doing Mt. Bromo from Probolinggo is easy and less tiresome, we’re happy we chose this way! I can only recommend this guesthouse, this was Indonesian hospitality at its best that we experienced.

Everything was great. The location is excellent – very close to the beach, with nice places to eat nearby and a traditional market where you can buy local products. It’s also possible to rent a good-quality scooter and surfboard at affordable prices. Tina is a wonderful host – very friendly and helpful. She assisted us with everything, starting by sending us a list of all the places worth visiting. We felt really good staying here and honestly recommend it to everyone. :)

The staff were exceptional, answered all our questions that we had, and assisted us with onward travel. They also booked our Ijen tour for 350K each. The breakfast was really nice. The morning we left, we left very early, before breakfast time, and without asking they packed us a takeaway breakfast which was so nice of them. Definately recommend staying here.
