The owner is very kind, informative and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean, each with a private balcony, and all the staff are very friendly and hospitable. There is a lot of information available about the local area, including maps and walking routes. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the prices are very reasonable.

Great location in Chania Old Town but very quiet indeed. Every day they were cleaning the apartment and changing the towels and bedding. Argiro was the perfect host, always happy to help.

The shower was very comfortable (and suitable for tall people). Olivia helped us with everything we needed and had great restaurant recommendations. We’d be happy to stay at Niki Rooms again in the future.
