Overall a highly recommended guesthouse for travelers and trekkers…

Terletak di Omalo, Guesthouse Omalo mempunyai taman, teres, bar, dan WiFi percuma di seluruh tempat penginapan. Perfect place in Omalo. Nice rooms and good food. Beautiful view and backyard. We really enjoyed our stay. The hostess is also very friendly and helpful - she also helped us to find further accomodations.

The couple running Guest House Babaka are lovely people. They were warm and made us feel welcome. Although we didn't have any languages in common, it was nothing that couldn't be solved with the help of Google Translate. After reading reviews about the food, we did ask for dinner. Dinner was an incredible spread of food with delicious homemade wine. All the food was delicious. The terrace was a comfortable place to hang out and there were two adorable dogs who liked to come by. The location was great. It's about a 5 minute walk to the center, which we knew. It's uphill going to town, but totally doable if you enjoy walking. Super quiet. We slept great. There really wasn't anything we didn't like. It was exactly what I was looking for, which was a simple homestay rather than a hotel. To that end, it feels like you're staying in an extension of someone's home, although the space we stayed in is very much separate from the house and pretty private. It's perfect if you're going in with those expectations, which we were. :)

I had such a wonderful experience during my stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and I really appreciated how clean the rooms were. The location couldn't have been better, making it easy to explore everything nearby. The host was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. Plus, the breakfast included was truly delicious. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to others!
