There are tea and coffee facilities in the room and you can also use the guests' lounge where you will find a kitchen and a washing machine . Rooms are on the ground floor with a private entrance. Even though the property is right at the exit of the motorway, you won't hear anything. It's really quiet! Parking on site in front of the room entrance. Breakfast is cooked to your preference, and the hosts are extremely welcoming and pleasant! The guesthouse is situated literally at the exit of the motorway. Make sure to drive slowly not to miss the turn! We only spent 1 night here as we were flying out on the next day. The location was really convenient for us, only 30 minutes from the airport. Really good deal in the area! Highly recommended!

This 4-star guest house is set within a 19th-century Victorian building overlooking Kelvingrove Park with excellent views across Glasgow. Feels like home. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Couldn’t do enough for us. Great location. Fantastic breakfast.
