Absolutely loved our stay thanks to Fi and Leanne they were both so friendly and made us feel so welcome to be sharing their gorgeous old beautifully decorated Tollhouse. It was so nice to have a lovely lounge area to sit and relax and to have a little kitchen. Everything was spotless, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would highly recommend to anyone to stay.

Offered cake and tea and a comfy spot in front of fireplace to relax after our drive. We were late an hour but the owners waited to welcome us! The rooms are totally renovated and carefully thought out. White linens, hot showers, nice warm rooms, black out curtains, made our stay perfect from beginning to end. Loved the decor, it was tastefully done to add to the experience! Forgot to take pictures of our hot breakfast, excellent cook, we had 4 different yummy pancakes… looked like it came out of a magazine and then scrambled eggs on toast. Will never forget our stay here ❤️

Everything - easy to get to by car, even for people nervous about driving on the left. Many parking spots available opposite the guesthouse, we left the car overnight no problem. Our room was very comfortable and clean, the host answered all our questions, there were many restaurant options nearby as well as the castle, and breakfast was substantial and delicious.

In the centre of Callander, which is set in The Trossachs National Park, this Georgian town house provides individually styled rooms with free Wi-Fi and home-cooked breakfasts. Highland House was amazing! The owner was so kind and helpful and her breakfasts were exceptional! The room was perfect and very clean. The town of Callander was adorable and had many amenities. Nice spot to stay while exploring the nearby areas.
