The breakfast was very tasty and the highlight was being served a variety of jams made from their own garden. The beds were super comfortable, the room was quiet and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for us on our way home to the UK, not far from the motorway but in a quiet setting. The town is a short drive away and there are a couple of restaurants by the river.

One of the finest gems you’ll find in an out of the way spot. The host is excellent and the way she has decorated her rental is amazing! We booked the room with the attached suite and the other room with a toilet/shower outside the room might make some uncomfortable. If you’re travelling in group needing 2 rooms this probably isn’t an issue. You won’t find a more comfortable/quiet stay if that’s what you’re looking for….

The accommodation was excellent. It was super clean, very comfortable, tastefully decorated and Valerie was the perfect host. Breakfast was also brilliant. I couldn’t recommend it enough.
