A beautiful balance of rustic and classical in a stunning rural setting, this hotel is located beside the Picos de Europa National Park in the Liébana Valley. It boasts an elegant restaurant. Very cozy place. Very clean. Decorations with a lot of good taste. Very good breakfast. There were plenty og tables and umbrellas in the garden so you can stay and relax anytime of the day or stay late night for a glass of wine. Very good and attentive stuff. Hats off! Would return anytime.

And the dinner I enjoyed there was the best I've had since starting the Camino more than two weeks ago. If you have the chance, make a stop here during your Camino or eat here if you're lucky enough to live in this area. I stayed and ate at La Terrazza restaurant while walking the Camino del Norte in July 2025. We where on a road trip with bicycles. It was no problem to store the bikes in a save place. All the stuff of the place was super nice to us.
