This family-run guest house is quietly located in the idyllic village of Usseln, 1000 metres from the Enkeln Ski Pistes, as well as hiking and cross-country skiing trails. We liked the very friendly welcome, and the 'room', which in reality was the full top floor (multiple rooms, balkony, ..) and two bathrooms.

Just 5 minutes from the centre of Willingen, this family-run guest house is less than 3 km from the Mühlenkopfschanze, the world’s biggest ski jump. It offers Wi-Fi, bicycle rentals and ski storage. Location is not too far from main cable car and in a quiet part of town. We have stayed here twice now and would highly recommend plus we also bering our small dog (additional cost)

Owners are very friendly. Ample, free, parking available in front of the house. Walk to the city centre is a pleasant 5-10 minutes walk. Down a hill though. Supermarket would be a bit longer walk, but still within walking distance if needed. Piste can also be reached on foot, although walking to there in ski clothing and with your ski's is too far. There are large parking lots (free parking) at every elevator so going by car is easier. Breakfast is not provided. You can get bread delivered to your door at 7:30 in the morning. You would need to take your own butter and spreads with you. Coffie machine is available for filter coffee. Again, bring your own filters and coffee.
