It's a large, neat colonial house (bungalow style). All rooms are private with bathroom and arranged around a very lush courtyard. It's spacious and well-kept, fully a equipped kitchen and a Peri grocery store at the corner. Lots of couches and books to read. The host doesn't live on site but is super friendly and responsive. There's a bus stop at the corner with plenty of busses bringing you to the center. Overall, it's the comfort of a hotel with the convenience of a hostel.

The main point is that the rooms with their own bath and kitchen facilities, which were the only ones that I have used in several stays, are very large and comfortable compared to other hostel/hotels, and the beds are excellent. Terrific value for the money. Of course the location, 3 blocks from the National Stadium and Sabana Park, is excellent, especially for a person who likes both safety and the ability to walk/run in the mornings with other like-minded people. There are also several cute new restaurants and cafes without a few blocks that have various international or cultural themes. Your place is a treasure, keep it up!
