I especially appreciated all the eco-friendly touches he added to the main building. He is very consciencious and knows Costa Rica inside out. And If you don't usually like bunk beds, give this a try: the high wooden roof make the rooms feel very spacious, and the upper bunk is next to the windows screen and the jungle outside, with a net, privacy curtain, reading light and fan. Top confort. The general vibes of the hostel were chill, and guests were all happy to extend their stay. As a plus, the best grocery store in the region is just down the road.

The breakfast was amazing. The location is perfect if you want to break the trip between San Josè and the Caribbean Coast. Anita was super kind and helpful, and our toddler girl loved all the attention, peluche animals and the giant sloth she could have breakfast with. Thanks, Anita!!

This is a lovely place with a private deck on the ocean. It is coral, so not a beach for swimming - but Playa Negra is a beautiful black sand beach a mere 10 minute walk away - excellent for swimming. We had the air conditioned rooms with floor to ceiling windows looking out at the jungle and ocean as well as a lovely swimming pool. The back courtyard not only a few steps from the ocean, but also full of hammocks and wildlife, daily visits from howler monkeys and tons of birds. A beautiful place to relax. The breakfast was delightful, the staff friendly and helpful. Very clean and very close to everything in town. Many delicious restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The national park, hiking and snorkeling all within a few minutes walk. We LOVED this place and can't wait to go back.

This property is gorgeous and the staff is excellent and accommodating. The bungalow was well supplied, and just a perfect place to enjoy nature and to chill out. We kayaked to the ocean and watched sloths in the trees. I would highly recommend this property.

Very organic, relaxing vibes, great and helpful owner 😊 you can get easily by local buses to Cahuita, Porto viejo, Manzanillo etc. or visit cacao museum on the other side of the road. We really love the whole location.

The share "patio" and kitchen were very nice. But the best about this place was the owner. He was very nice and gave us a lot of good advices to travel around Limón. I would totally recommend this place!
