Breakfast was great in the mornings as we hung out on the balcony. Loved the hammock!! Wifi was great as long as the power was on. It’s in a rural quieter part of capurgana. You definitely get the authentic Colombian experience. We enjoyed are week stay:) I’m gonna miss it and look forward to a return visit:)

The atmosphere is super chill and it’s an awesome place to relax, especially in the hostel’s hamacs or directly on the beach as it’s the only hostel that’s actually located on the beach. It’s also a great place to meet other backpackers as well as the locals who always hang out there. Overall I 100% recommend the Humpback !

The staff is amazing (special thanks to Juan, he was extremely helpful and so so nice) the hostel is located in the beach and the jungle (in el valle those two things are the same thing) so cleanses and comfort is exceptional for the location meaning: align your expectations and enjoy being in the heart of nature.

We spent many hours with our hosts being shown around, cooked for, and transported to different places on their boat. It felt like a very authentic and local experience and we were able to learn a lot about the people, history and culture of Arusí. The posada was beautifully set up and very comfortable. Thank you for an unforgettable experience.
